Duties and responsibilities:
  • Day-To-Day HR Operations
  • Preparation of monthly payroll and payroll reports
  • Responsible for all HR functions including recruitment & selection, orientations, staff performance management and leave management.
  • You will be providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR Department.
  • You will be providing maintenance/update of personnel records and filing of personnel data and records.
  • As directed, to perform other duties of similar and associated nature of work.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Competent in MS Office
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently
  • Able to start work immediately
