Job Summary:

• Working location: Central
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.30 am - 6.00pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 3,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Process payroll bi-monthly.
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations for foreign staff work passes.
• Prepare and manage HR documents, including letters, forms, and appraisals throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Address employee relations and grievances.
• Administer training, including preparing materials and collecting feedback.
• Assist with government grant applications and claims.
• Conduct and manage outlet staff interviews, including scheduling and feedback.
• Oversee and review HQ employees\' leave reports.
• Perform receptionist duties as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of HR files and employee records.
• Collaborate with the Operations Department to ensure proper HR document processing.
• Support additional tasks, such as organizing staff events, department meetings, and other company activities.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in multiple languages to liaise with foreign workers.
• Good to have experience with Timesoft payroll.
