Job Description
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday [ 9am-6pm ]
- Location: Tanjong Pagar
- Salary: $4,000-$4,500

Requirement:
- Minimum Degree in Human Resources, Business or relevant
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience in HR Generalist role
- Perform full spectrum of HR from recruitment, training to offboarding
- Manage relevant onboarding, probationary evaluation and exit procedures and activities
- Process payroll, CPF, Income Tax, IR21 and other relevant statutory submissions
- Manage and monitor application, renewal and cancellation procedures of work passes
- Manage and maintain employees within the Group\'s attendance, tardiness, P-File, insurance and other employee relations matters
- Plan, organize and manage Company annual Dinner and team building activities
- Organize and arrange theoretical training sessions for employees under the Group of Companies
- Set up, organize and manage yearly the Group\'s employee appraisal
- Prepare, amend and announce all relevant Company\'s documents including but not limited to Company profile, SOP, templates & etc
- Other ad-hoc activities or errands as assigned
