Job Description


ROLE DESCRIPTION This position reports to the HR Manager and is responsible for maintanance of HR processes and Admin related matters of the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES Individual to be involved in:

  • Identify and facilitate recruitment of new hires by posting job advertisements and arranging for interviews
  • Streamline and perfect onboarding and exiting procedures of employees
  • Recommend to Management new wage structures for employee retention and motivation
  • Produce HR policies that is aligned with the Company's HR procedures
  • Renew and apply work passes for employees

COMPETENCIES
  • Trainees will learn how to attract and identify potential talents and job-match candidates to specific roles.
  • Trainees will be able to learn how to streamine work processes for best practices
  • Trainees will know and learn how to drafting and write HR policies
  • Trainees will be use the different MOM portals for renewal and application of work passes
  • Trainees will learn innovative how to devise employee development plan for employee retention

DURATION OF ATTACHMENT OFFERED
  • 6 months (Full-Time position to be offered after completion of traineeship subjected to trainee's performance)
