Job Description

Ability to support office operation including but not limited to:

  • Assist in Onboarding and offboarding matters and timesheet calculation
  • Responsible for timesheet processing
  • Maintain and update employee/payroll information
  • Provide day-to-day support to operations team
  • Assist of IT matters
  • Provide support for HR Department
  • Ensure smooth operation of office facilities and equipment including office supplies (groceries, stationeries, name cards, etc)
  • Liaise with building management on building maintenance & services.
  • Seek and compare quotations from various suppliers on procurement of office equipment & supplies (as and when required)
  • Handle travel arrangements like flight and hotel bookings, airport transfers, etc.
  • Any other adhoc duties
Requirements
  • Good communication skills
  • Organized, independent, reliable, resourceful, willing to learn and a good team player
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills with the willingness to adapt to change
  • Willing to run errands
  • Proficient in MS office
