Job Description


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle General Administrative Duties.
  • Provide support to various departments to ensure smooth day to day operations.
  • Responsible for maintaining HR/ Admin documentation including data entry, filing etc.
  • Assists in various HR activities including orientation, training and on-boarding and etc.
  • Update daily, weekly and monthly attendance report.
  • Check and submit employees' leave and claim.
  • Renew and update company contract, agreement license and etc.
  • Provide general administrative & clerical support and etc.
  • Other duties as assigned.
