Job Description


:

  • HR administration including payroll, preparation of employment contract and letters, data entry, update of daily timesheet
  • Project administrative work including compiling data and information for reports required by projects
  • Office administration including reception, office equipment, refreshment and stationery
  • Any other ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:

  • Certificate in Business Administration/Human Resource or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience. No experience but with good learning attitude will also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Strong multitasking skills, meticulous and sense of urgency in fast pace working environment
