Hr & Payroll Intern

Job Description

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

  • Provide direct support to staff on HR-related matters
  • Maintain employee records
  • Participate in recruitment process, from posting job ads to onboarding
  • Handle staff insurances and claims
  • Facilitate payroll processing such as tracking timesheets, salary calculations, and payment
  • Calculate commissions using the standard operating procedures
  • Admin support for government survey, grants and programme
  • Assist in daily receivables check from the retail outlets
  • Other office administration and employee related matters
Requirements:
  • A degree in Human Resource or at least 1 year working experience in human resource
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR software
  • Good mathematical skills
  • Able to translate English HR memo to Chinese due to high proportion of Chinese staff
Work location: Macpherson - 9:30am - 7:00pmJob Types: Full-time, InternshipSalary: $800.00 - $1,090.00 per monthSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Education:
  • Local Polytechnic Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
  • Human Resource: 1 year (Preferred)
