• The HR Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies
• Working with various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data required to support the analysis
• Assist in data mining and cleaning where necessary
• Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
• Propose metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency based on analytics studies
• Build reports and models from data gathered
• Present analysis findings to Management

Qualifications/ Skills Required:

• Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
• Analytical and have good sense with numbers
• Some experience working on data or business analysis
• Proficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and Chinese language
• Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months
• Students who can commit 2-3 days per week can also be considered
