• The Business Analyst Intern will provide data analysis on the operational tasks to support HR Process and Systems feasibility studies
• Working with Department Heads and colleagues from various departments in Singapore, China and Hong Kong offices to obtain the data required to support the analysis
• Collaborate with all Managers across the organization to learn about our business and identifying area(s) for process improvement (with or without data)
• Recommend metrics to measure operational performance and efficiency for various departments
• Build reports and models from data gathered
• Present analysis findings and recommendation

Work Experience & Qualification

• Undergrad Bachelor/ Master students in Business Analytics, IT or equivalent
• Analytical and have good sense with numbers
• Some experience working on data or business analysis
• Proficient in database management, MS Excel Advanced, Power BI, PowerPoint
• Proficient in English and Chinese (both writing and speaking)
• Good problem-solving and Presentation skills
