Our client located in Ubi Industrial Park is looking for an HR cum Accounts assistant to report to the Accounts Manager and perform the following functions: o Prepare payroll, update, and maintain e Our client located in Ubi Industrial Park is looking for an HR cum Accounts assistant to report to the Accounts Manager and perform the following functions: o Prepare payroll, update, and maintain employee file (Hire, resignation) o Apply for waiver of foreign workers' levy from MOM & Apply or cancel the work pass. o Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by the manager o Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions posting ads and managing the hiring process o Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements o Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance o Administer compensation and benefits o Ensure compensation and benefits are in line with company policies and legislation o Benchmark compensation and benefits o Support annual salary review o Implement and monitor performance management system o Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes o Administer employee discipline processes o Coordinate employee safety, welfare and wellness o Manage petty cash transactions. o Control credit and ensuring debtors pay on time. o Reconcile direct debits and finance accounts. o Ensure all payments amounts & records are accurate. o Prepare statutory accounts. o Work with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets. o Maintain confidentiality of all financial data. o Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Requirements: Diploma in Accounting or HR Proven experience as HR officer, administrator, or other HR position Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.) Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures Karen Sng Yi Lin Oaktree Consulting www.oaktree.com.sg Job Postings in Telegram https://t.me/sgjobadv SERVICE WITH A HEART EA License No : 06C4642 EA Reg No : R22106344
