Job Description

Qualifications: -Male/Female-Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent-Willing to learn and grow as an HR practitioner-With or without experience-Willing to be trained-Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City-Preferably lives in Pasig, Rizal or nearby cities-With "can do" and positive attitudeResponsibilities: -Will do end to end recruitment(job posting, interview, on boarding and exit interview)-Timekeeping of back office, sales personnel, manpower agency staff and security guards daily time record-Conduct employee engagement activities such as company outing, programs and daily strategies-Coordinating changes or reports from the third party organizations to the management-Processing and releasing of payments to the suppliers, manpower services and service providers- Purchasing and ordering of office, medical and cleaning supplies-Answering phone calls and assisting of walk in clients-Processing of annual business permits(Tax Order of Payment, fire, sanitary, cenro and etc.)-Handling of CCTV footage for unlikely and important happeningsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
