Our client is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as HR and Admin Assistant .

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To provide administrative support to Finance, HR and Admin to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective, updated and accurate manner; but not limit to organizing filing system for important and confidential company documents and answer enquires
  • Answer, screen (filter) and transfer inbound phone calls.
  • Open and distribute letter box, read and answer e-mails, record incoming and outgoing mails daily
  • Managing bookings of meeting rooms
  • Sourcing and procuring of office supplies and managing office supplies stock (stationery, pantry supplies, PPE, uniforms, ART kits, facemask etc)
  • Assist in filing, data entry, photocopying, scanning of documents (suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoices, matching DO/PO/Invoice)
  • Assist to call IT vendor to troubleshoot when IT personnel is away/busy
  • Prepare document submission for site clearance
  • Retrieving letters and information from onemotoring.com portal and disseminate them to relevant personnel
  • Maintain & upkeep register/log for driver movement, fuel, vehicle, insurance, facilities maintenance
  • Monthly costing of vehicles expenses
  • Assist in the coordination for any events activity
  • Handle workers recruitment co-ordination including pass application, renewal, and transfer
  • Handle workers training registration and maintain up to date training records and p- file
  • Handle workers dormitories issues
  • Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Preferably Diploma in administration / HR or equivalent.
  • At least 2-year experience in construction sector
  • Strong team player and receptive to change
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures will be an advantage
  • IT savvy
  • Positive \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Proficient with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  • Work conscientiously and responsibly, with good execution and professionalism.

  • Location : Ubi
  • Working hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 Days)
  • Salary: up to S$2,800 higher/ Negotiable (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
