What You'll Do
Support our recruitment process -- posting jobs, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires
Keep employee records and HR documents up to date
Assist with payroll, leave, and other HR processes
Manage office operations and general admin tasks
Communicate with vendors, partners, and the team to keep everything flowing smoothly
What We're Looking For
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or a related field (students and fresh grads welcome!)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office; bonus if you know Canva or Excel
Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
