HR & Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, arranging interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Support employee relations activities by helping to address staff inquiries and maintain positive workplace communication.
Assist in the performance review process and help track employee training needs.
Coordinate and support employee training programs and development activities.
Assist with payroll preparation, employee benefits administration, and other HR documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
Help manage dormitory arrangements for foreign workers in the construction industry, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining good living conditions.
Provide general administrative and HR support, including filing, data entry, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:

Strong attention to detail, good initiative, and problem-solving skills.
Proactive team player with a positive attitude.
