RESPONSIBILITIES

To provide administrative support to finance ,HR and Admin to ensure that the department is maintained in an effective ,updated and accurate manner , but not limit to organizing filing system for import and confidential company documents and answer enquiries.

Open and distribute letter box, read and answer e-mails, record incoming and outgoing mails daily

Managing bookings of meeting rooms

Sourcing and procuring of office supplies and managing office supplies stock (stationery , pantry supplies ,uniforms,etc)

Handle workers recruitment co-ordination including pass application ,renewal and transfer. Handle workers training registration and maintain up to date training records , workers dormitories issues.

Handle other ad-hoc duties that are assigned.


REQUIREMENTS :

Preferably Diploma in administration /HR or equivalent. Strong team player and receptive to change Solid knowledge of office procedures will be an advantage . Proficient with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel,MS Word )


OTHER INFORMATION Location : Ubi Working Hours : 8.30am to 5.30pm (5 days weeek) Salary : up to S$2,800 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
