A well-established Manufacturing firm, seeking for a HR and Admin Executive for their regional office in Singapore.
Manage and oversee the HR and Admin matters of our subsidiaries and representative offices in Malaysia, Taiwan, Philippines, Myanmar, India, Vietnam and Australia
Payroll responsibilities - around 100 headcount in local and overseas
Onboarding
Work pass matter - Apply, Renew, Cancel EP/SP/DP
Incoming and outgoing Expat's support
Operations and transactional HR services including staff claims, insurance matters, income tax etc.
Other ad-hoc HR operations as assigned
Requirement
Min Diploma in any studies
Excellent customer-service mindset to grasp the various needs of stakeholders
Ability to multi-task and deliver based on a range of timelines and requests
Problem-solving and analytical skills
High level of initiative, meticulous, detailed oriented with strong organization skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
