Manage travel arrangements for employees Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.) Support budgeting and procedures on payments, PRs in company claims module Create and update records and databases in HR Assist colleagues with company medical and insurance queries, help guide them through claims process Prepare and follow through with HR procedures relating to learning and development (Training Admin) Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned Supervise outsourced services Assist colleagues whenever necessary Skills Knowledge and Attitude Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Proactively analyses and interprets information to highlight abnormal administrative cost issues. Diagnose and propose effective and creative solutions to support business initiatives. Ability to be creative and logical in handling projects Ability to balance multiple priorities and demands whilst maintaining accuracy and quality. Must have good customer service and ability to handle confidential or sensitive documents Diploma / equivalent in Human Resources, great attitude Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS
