Location : Bukit Batok Crescent Work Week : 5 days
Responsiblilies
Responsible for work pass administration which include appplications, renewal, cancellation and issuance, execution of security bond, medical checkup and reporting of tax clearance etc
Administer training matters including coordination of enrolment of internal or external courses, update and maintain training records
Manage of workers home leave application and maintain records
Organise, maintain and ensure all employees information including personnel files are up to date
Handle entire recruitment process on advertising of positions, shortlisting of candidates, arranging of interviews etc
Coordinate and maintain Man Year Entitlement (MYE) process for applciation
Administer and follow up timely on work injury insurance claim (if any) oir group hospitalisation claim
Provide support on office administration functions and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Preferably with at least 2 years of working experience with construction sector or prior experience in handling foreign manpower
Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Law and relevant legistration
Meticulous, organised and independant individual with the ability to complete multi tasks in a timely manner
Able to start work immediately or at short notice
