Assist Project Manager and HR Manager to manage the workers, handling project coordination issues. 3. Calculate payroll for workers (basic salary, overtime, commission & bonus etc). 4. Handle general administrative duties, such as purchasing office supplies, office water\xe3\x80\x81electricity\xe3\x80\x81and network issues. 5. Other HR and admin duties assigned by Assistant General Manager.
Job Requirements\xef\xbc\x9a 1. Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent. 2. At least 1 years working experience in Human Resource / Admin function. 3. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 4. Good knowledge in HR practices and policies/ Singapore employment act. 5. Experience in construction industry will be advantageous. 6. Proficient in MS office.
