  • Handle HR work including Recruitment, Attendance, Training, Formulating Policy & Procedure
  • Responsible for payroll, compensation and benefits administration
  • Prepare employment contract, confirmation, increment, and HR-related letters
  • Conduct orientation programme for new employees
  • Maintain proper documentation of employee records and personnel files
  • Liaise with government authorities and agencies on employee related matters
  • Preparation and submission of monthly reports, survey returns, etc.
  • Administration of statutory claims (maternity claims, childcare, etc)
  • Admin Duties
Job requirement
  • At least 2 years of relevant Human Resource experience
  • Good communications and planning skills
  • Degree in Business Administration or other associated disciplines
  • Knowledgeable of HR systems and databases
