Role
To be involved in the full spectrum of Human Resource functions such as:
Process monthly payroll
Implement policy and guidelines and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
Administer employees’ compensation and benefits
Update and maintain employees’ records in the HRMS system
Support and co-ordinate response to surveys and HR reports
Coordinate training courses and programs for employees
Support recruitment related activities
Maintain harmonious industrial relations
Onboarding and offboarding process
Welfare and recreational activities
To co-ordinate and provide support in other functions as follows:
Company’s Corporate Social Responsible programs and activities
Company’s Corporate Compliance matters
Business Contingency Plan activities
ISO related activities
Workplace Safety & Health committee and activities
General administrative support to Human Resource & Administration department
Requirement:
Diploma preferably in Business Administration, Business Studies or Engineering with 1 to 2 years of working experience in the HR and general administrative functions in the manufacturing industry
Essential prerequisites include knowledge in Singapore’s labour legislation.
The incumbent should be a team player with initiative, good analytical skills, be meticulous and careful in HR work applications and works.
Good communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
Applicants without working experience but are passionate about HR work will be considered as on-the-job coaching will be provided.
