Roles and Responsibilities: * Human Resources - Undertaking recruitment tasks such as sourcing and selecting candidates, and overseeing candidate processes.

  • Human Resources - Exploring business opportunities, which includes managing clients, presenting business proposals, and nurturing client relationships.
  • Human Resources - Leading projects, including initiatives involving clients.
  • Conducting interviews and assessing candidates.
  • Conducting comprehensive research on specialized and emerging industries.
:
  • Supervise the entire 360-degree recruitment cycle.
  • Source and promote potential job seekers through diverse channels, such as job advertisements, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other effective methods.
  • Introduce well-suited positions that align with candidates\' qualifications and expectations.
  • Assess, refine, and conduct interviews with prospective candidates for designated positions.
  • Efficiently manage ensuing processes with candidates and internal stakeholders, culminating in the issuance of employment contracts.
  • Engage in salary negotiations and the formalization of contractual terms.
  • Contribute to providing HR support throughout the duration of employment contracts.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers across businesses of varying sizes to provide excellent staffing solutions and ongoing assistance.
  • Assume the role of an HR industry expert, delivering consultative advice to clients and candidates on current MOM guidelines and optimal hiring practices.
  • Participate in Business Development and Relationship Management by establishing client connections and overseeing account management.
  • Play an active part in our team-oriented and cooperative work environment.
