Key Responsibilities:
Oversee payroll processing, invoicing, and expense tracking
Manage recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and staff development
Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook
Monitor labor costs and assist in budget planning and forecasting
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and tax filings
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
Maintain accurate financial records and generate periodic reports
Coordinate with external accountants, vendors, and benefit providers
Support business owners in financial strategy and workforce planning
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR and financial management (minimum 10 years)
Strong understanding of payroll systems, labor law, and budgeting
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office
Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
Preferred:
Background in service-based industries
