Your role

Do you like working with numbers? Are you someone who enjoys being accurate and meticulous? We're looking for someone like this to:

• execute payruns for local employees and international assignees in APAC
• maintain and set up correct employee data in the payroll system
• ensure pay calculations are compliant with country legislation
• handle timely submission of tax filing
• participate in payroll efficiency improvement projects
• keep payroll knowledge base articles updated and accurate
• attend to payroll related queries

Your team

You'll be working in the Payroll Team in Singapore and responsible for processing timely and accurate payroll and statutory reporting. So, you could be calling the Singapore Inland Revenue for queries one moment and the Tax Bureau in Indonesia next.

Your expertise

You have:

• strong analytical skills and hands-on payroll processing experience
• a grasp of HR Operations process flows
• knowledge of Singapore and other countries' employment and tax legislation
• gained similar experience in the financial services industry

You are:

• an effective communicator, comfortable interacting with people at all levels
• known for hitting deadlines timely
• from an accounting and finance background
• able to grasp concepts quickly, including tax and HR concepts
