Job Scope:
- Support with interview facilitation, including room bookings, calling of candidates for interview arrangements and document verifications.
- Provide tech support to the recruitment team for offsite/outreach interview events as and when necessary.
- Assist with recruitment collaterals.
- Manage internal and external mails.
- Attend to walk-ins and general enquiries.
- Be the PIC to take photos for new / existing staff and assist in the making of staff pass.
- Support with p-filing and help in the upkeep of HR compactor room.
- Send wreaths and get well hampers to staff as and when needed.
- Support with contract renewal documentation and system updates.
- Assist with working pass applications and renewals.
- Manage corporate passes issuance.
- Support in uniform ordering and issuance for new hires.
- Assist in new staff creation in HRIS.
- Assist in verifying and updating of staff particulars, including data entry for awards and committee appointments.
- Involved in process improvement projects.
- Provide secretariat support in taking minutes of meetings, where necessary.
- Undertake assignments as and when required.
