MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, colleges and social media Maintain a database of potential candidates Screen candidates resumes and job applications Does initial assessment of applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitude Coordinate with hiring departments Collects and updates all employment documents/201 filing Monitors the company's employee master list Handles the Government benefits of employees regarding update/member data change and verification (SSS, PAGIBIG, PHILHEALTH, & TIN) Circulates memorandums and other related concerns/task Receives employee concerns and reportsJOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS AB/BS Psychology/Human Resources Management/Behavioral Science or any related course At least two (1) year experience in Human Resources Customer service oriented Strong decision-making skillsHOURS OF WORK 9 Hours of work 5 days / weekJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php16,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per monthSchedule:
