Shall assist the HR Manager in ensuring smooth flow of the recruitment process, compensation and benefits including but not limited to payroll processing, government mandated benefits, employee relation.
Ensures accurate documentation and recording of employees
Shall be in-charge of admin tasks such processing of permits and licenses, office maintenance and the likes.
Shall assist in the area of Training.
Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience as HRAD Assistant.
With experience on the areas of Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Administrative Works
Computer literate (knowledgeable with microsoft office).
Positive work attitude and can relate with all levels in the organization.
With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail Oriented and organized
Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
