Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Shall assist the HR Manager in ensuring smooth flow of the recruitment process, compensation and benefits including but not limited to payroll processing, government mandated benefits, employee relation.
  • Ensures accurate documentation and recording of employees
  • Shall be in-charge of admin tasks such processing of permits and licenses, office maintenance and the likes.
  • Shall assist in the area of Training.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's or College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience as HRAD Assistant.
  • With experience on the areas of Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Administrative Works
  • Computer literate (knowledgeable with microsoft office).
  • Positive work attitude and can relate with all levels in the organization.
  • With excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail Oriented and organized
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City.
