Job Description

  • Maintains and updates 201 files of all tempo / proby / regular employees (rank & files to supervisory level).
  • Prepares the documents on HR movements and encodes accurately changes in the existing information regarding the employee records (e.g. Change in employment status, promotion, salary increases, transfers, terms of employment, change in names, etc.) And ensures its speedy processing in accordance with the Company guidelines and procedures.
  • Prepares reports on violation of Company Rules and Regulations.
  • Assists and coordinates store requirements as instructed by the Operations Manager.
  • Keeps various records, reports and other materials and files related to HR/operations; ensures their safekeeping, confidentiality and easy retrieval.
  • Performs other tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
  • With Experience in handling of Recruitment & Training Section
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • The candidate should be a graduate of BS/AB Psychology or BS in Business Administration Major in Human Resource Development.
  • With good communication and other interpersonal skills.
  • Computer Literate.
  • At least one (1) year experience is preferred.
  • Willing to relocate at Meycauayan Bulacan.
