Job Description
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be Bachelor's degree in AB Psychology Graduate or equivalent.
- With at least 6 months work experience in the same field.
- Preferably with experience in Manufacturing Set-Up is advantage.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- With strong personality
- Candidates must be willing to work in Camarin, Caloocan
- Can start ASAP
- Overseeing recruitment, selection, and the onboarding process
- Managing a company's appraisal system and conducting appraisal meetings.
- Ensuring that a company's procedures comply with employment regulations.
- Managing and training the HR team
- Monitoring various aspects of an employee's performance, such as attendance and sick leave
- Accessing the need for training and then designing and implementing training programs accordingly.
- Handling any disciplinary processes and formal grievances Setting and reviewing pay structures and employee perks and benefits
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Human Resources: 1 year (Preferred)
- English (Preferred)
