Job Summary
The \xe2\x80\x9cHR Assistant\xe2\x80\x9d will be based in Singapore, Changi South, reporting to Manager, Human Resources.
In charge of assisting senior HR professionals in the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of HR programs and policies. Partner with the business, managers, and employees to hold up the employee life cycle.
What a Typical day looks like:
In charge of hiring, on boarding, new employee orientation, separation process and exits, etc.
Prepare HR and employee information in HR systems, compile employee records and documentation.
With direct supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals assists to coordinate or administer various aspects of the organization\xe2\x80\x99s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
Attend to employee\xe2\x80\x99s queries related to all HR matters
Provide support on other HR matters and ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Experience we\'re looking to add to our team:
Min GCE \'O\' level / Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources / Higher Nitec in Business Study
Proficient in Ms Office Application
Able to liaise with mandarin speaking workers
Meticulous and well organized
Positive attitude, responsible and a team player
6 months contract - Cover maternity leave
