Responsibilities:

  • Assist to handle the company incoming phone calls and emails
  • Process paperwork and administrative duties
  • Post adverts and screen suitable candidates
  • Process onboarding documents to relevant personnel
  • Any ad hoc duties
Requirements:
  • min. A level, Diploma or Degree in any disciplines from a local recognised tertiary institution
  • Proficient in Excel,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and able to work independently
