  • Graduate of 4-year course, preferably Psychology or Business Management Course with MBA units or Equivalent experience.

• New Business and Product Development Manager
  • Graduate of a business course, preferably related to Agribusiness.
  • MBA degree is an advantage.
  • At least 5 years work experience in new product and new business development preferably in an agribusiness environment.
  • Must be adept at feasibility studies and financial analysis.

• Category / Brand Manager
  • Graduate of Business, Agribusiness, Development Communication, Mass Communication, Advertising, or any Communication courses from a reputable University.
  • MBA Degree is an advantage.
  • With at least three (3) years’ experience in marketing and general brand management in Agribusiness Industry

• Digital Marketing Specialist
  • Graduate of Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field
  • With at least two (2) years working experience in social media marketing and ecommerce/online sales marketing
  • With experience in agriculture/agribusiness setting.

• Market Research Associate
  • Graduate of Marketing, Statistics, Business Math, Industrial Engineering and/or other related fields.
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience in market research, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods industry.

• Data Specialist
  • Graduate of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or othe related course
  • No formal work experience required; fresh graduates from the abovementioned courses are acceptable, provided that they possess technical know-how in Data Science.

• Internal Audit Associate
  • Graduate of Accountancy or Internal Audit.
  • Must have relevant experience in Internal Audit or Risk Management.
  • Professional Certification either CPA or CIA is an advantage.

• Business Process Analyst
  
  • Graduate of Industrial Engineering, Business Management or any related field
  • Preferably with Six Sigma Certifications, or equivalent certifications.
  • At least 2 years of experience as process analyst.
  • Exposure to planning and implementation of employee relations activities is also an advantage.

• Accounting Assistant (Inventory)
  
  • Graduate of Accountancy, or any related field.
  • At least one year of work experience in Inventory Accounting.

• Pricing and Cost Analyst
  
  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • Professional Certification (CPA) is an advantage
  • At least 5 years of work experience in costing and pricing related jobs preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods industry.

• Project Monitoring Specialist
  
  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • Professional Certification (CPA) is an advantage
  • At least 3 years of work experience in financial and general accounting and preferably with minimum 2 years of work experience in project monitoring, planning and budgeting, payment and settlements, contract implementation and other project monitoring related activities.

• Junior Programmer
  
  • Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course

  • At least 6 months of working experience in sales is required for this position.
  • With a non-professional/professional driver's license, and can drive a motorcycle.
• Branch Manager – Crop Protection (Tuguegarao, Santiago, Roxas, Urdaneta, Munoz, Naga, Sara, Koronadal)
  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course or agriculture-related course.
  • With at least 2-3 years progressive experience in Sales Management experience and leading a team of at least 2-3 people
  • With experience in Crop Protection and/or Hybrid Seeds.
  • Must possess a Driver’s license; willing to be assigned in provincial areas.
• Farm Trialist/Sales Representative (North, Central and South Luzon; Visayas; Mindanao)
  • Graduate of any four-year business-related course or agriculture-related course.
  • With at least 1 year of experience in Field Research Projects, Data Gathering, Monitoring and Collation, and Field Sales.
  • Must possess a driver’s license and capable of driving a motorcycle.
  • Willing to be assigned in provincial areas
• Technician (Luzon; Visayas; Mindanao)
  • Graduate of at least High School, Vocational/Short Course Certificate.
  • With TESDA Certification (Automotive Servicing NC I, II, or III).
  • At least 2-5 years of experience in automotive industry.
  • With basic knowledge in Hydraulic, and electrical schematics and expose on repair of heavy equipment is an advantage.
• Field Truth Verifiers / Field Officer (North and Central Luzon; Visayas)
  • Graduate of any Business-related course.
  • At least 3-5 years’ experience in Credit Investigation.
  • Must have Driver’s license, and capable of driving motorcycle.
  • Willing to be assigned in provincial areas.
