Job Description

Supports the HR Manager / Supervisor in creating strategic plans for the entire Human Resource and Organizational Development (HROD) Division. Implements and executes all HR plans, policies and procedures and tasks assigned to him/her in the areas of recruitment, performance management, personnel movement, timekeeping, employee discipline, benefit administration and employee relations.1. Facilitates completion and approval of Personnel Requisition Form (PRF). Facilitates request for supplies and assets of prospect employee2. Screens applicants for approved vacant positions in the organization. Administers, checks and interprets the results of employment exams. Prepares summary of test results and interview3. Recommends candidates to the line department and to top management. Discusses the result of assessment with the concerned heads for better evaluation of the candidate/s4. Conducts Background Investigation of chosen candidate.5. Prepares on-boarding documents such as job offer, employment contract, ID information sheet, bank endorsement, etc.6. Endorses newly-hired employees to bank for payroll account opening7. Conducts the New Hire Orientation (NHO) and the tour around the company premises8. Maintains a complete record system of all human resources of the entire organization9. Documents all personnel movements of the organization (e.g. regularization, promotion, transfer, reemployment, and separation)10. Ensures that employees' records are updated and are kept in a safe place11. Prepares Incident Report (IR) for employees who allegedly violate the HR policies. Track the progress of IRs until its closure12. Encodes timekeeping applications of employees and creates DTR summary for payroll reference13. Ensures proper and on-time administration of benefits to employees14. Creates partnership with schools, government offices and other institutions in generating employment through any forms of sourcing activity15. Attends to job fairs or any related activities;16. Attends/Participates to any training/learning session related to Human Resource;17 Represents HROD in Administrative Hearings or even performs secretariat jobs18. Represents HROD to any meetings initiated and approved by the Management.A. EDUCATION : A graduate of any Behavioral Science course or Human Resource ManagementB.
