In-charge of course registration according to Training Matrix or Training Requisition form submitted by HOD. . In-charge of monitoring and renewing of course / certificates / licences & coretrade. . Co-ordinate with HOD & workers on training dates and ensure they attend the course. . Arrange transport for workers attending courses. . Update of Training Master List accurately & promptly. . Scan all certificates to sharepoint. . In-charge of training grant applications. . In-charge of Company's uniform (Issuance & records). . In-charge of Company's transport for Office & OTS. . Handle employee benefits including preparation of Birthday Angpows & Occasional Gifts e.g., newborn & condolences. . In-charge of Staff Loan application. . Checker for bi-weekly payroll for all companies. . In-charge of employees Covid vaccination appointments and update record. . In-charge of Covid positive record. . Ensure organized, systematic and timely filing of documents. . Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Supervisor. Additional Information: . O / A levels / Diploma holder with 1 year of relevant working experience. . Preferably with relevant experience in Construction industry. . Candidates without related experience are also welcome. . Must be tech-savvy, is highly independent, resourceful and a good team player. . Adaptable with good interpersonal and communication skill . Able to work under pressure and cope with tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
