Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all recruitment matters such as coordinating and conducting interviews for retail staff
  • Preparation of HR related letters such as Letter of Appointment, Employment Certification etc.
  • Creation of new staff\xe2\x80\x99s P-Files
  • Keeping track of staff confirmation
  • Calculation of annual leave and other benefit entitlement
  • Handling of retail annual leave records
  • Covering of reception duty as and when required
  • Coordination of retail staff\xe2\x80\x99s training schedules
  • To assist Operations Department for all HR/Admin related matters
  • Assist in any other duties as when necessary
Requirements:
  • At least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • No experience are welcome to apply
