Job Description

:



Maintain and update the employee personal files- physical and digital. Follow up on attendance matters for employees and workers. Arrange accommodation and housing necessities for foreign employees. Assist with work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations. Keep track of renewal dates for contracts, confirmations, and pass expiry Facilitating communication and coordination between departments Booking of flights/ medical appointments, etc... Assist staff/ workers with their enquiries. Ad Hoc job assignments

Job Requirements:



Minimum in Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Diploma in Business Administration/ or equivalent. Having knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations is an advantage. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other tech literacy is a big advantage. The candidate must possess the good personality, detailed-oriented, and have a good sense of time management. Strong communication skills are a must. Proficiency in both written and conversing in English. Fresh graduates with keenness to learn and good work ethic are welcome to apply. Singaporeans Only.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,600.00 per month
