Assist with work passes applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Keep track of renewal dates for contracts, confirmations, and pass expiry
Facilitating communication and coordination between departments
Booking of flights/ medical appointments, etc...
Assist staff/ workers with their enquiries.

Job Requirements:
Minimum in Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Diploma in Business Administration/ or equivalent.
Having knowledge on the procedures of recruiting foreign employees and Singapore employment regulations is an advantage.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and other tech literacy is a big advantage.
The candidate must possess the good personality, detailed-oriented, and have a good sense of time management. Strong communication skills are a must.
Proficiency in both written and conversing in English.
Fresh graduates with keenness to learn and good work ethic are welcome to apply.
