Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, not limited to recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, administration of employee benefits and other HR operations
Responsible for updating of HR database, prepare monthly report and authorities survey form for submission
Provide support in all administrative functions
Assist in organising company activities and participate in company CSR events
Assist in HR initiatives, programs and projects
Support in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines
Assist to cover receptionist duties as and when required
Any ad-hoc task as assigned by immediate supervisor
