HR Assistant (Generalist)Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Establish and maintain a reliable source of candidates for employment (Thru Job fairs, head hunters, coordination with PESO, coordination with Barangay/LGU, coordination with universities. Schools, training centers; out of town hiring, advertisements and placements in various channels of media)
- Conduct initial screening/interviews of applicant.
- Ensure that the candidate for employment has submitted all pre-employment documents.
- Conducts background investigation/reference checks.
- Prepares "pre-employment kit" employments contracts and ATM/Bank Account
- Maintains and update Masterfile weekly.
- Tracks probationary employment and triggers performance evaluation by reminding immediate supervisors.
2. Compensation and Benefits:
- For OPS Payroll - responsible for preparation and processing of OPS Payroll by collecting attlog and schedule reports submitted by SM/OICs, run payroll reports, review nd ensure accuracy of generated paysheets, track and deduct all payroll deductions and sending Bank transmittal report to Payroll master.
- Responsible for issuance of payslip.
- Monitors and records leaves, absences, tardiness, undertime etc., make sure records are accurate and consistent.
- Prepare Alpha listing report to be submitted to BIR as scheduled.
- Prepare 13th Month pay and SIL conversion as scheduled.
- Prepares supporting documents for payment of government contribution and loan remittance ensuring accuracy and timeliness (should available by 10th of the month).
3. Employee Relations:
- Extend counselling to employees needing assistance
- Assist in handling matters requiring disciplinary action by preparing/drafting NTE and Notice of Corrective Action.
- Participate in Admin hearing and taking minutes of meeting.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications:
