Responsibilities:
Recruitment support: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conduction initial screenings of candidates
On boarding and Off boarding: Assist with new employee on boarding, including coordination orientation sessions, preparing new hire paperwork, and verifying employment eligibility as well as an exit interview for the resignnees
Work pass matters: Application, renewal and cancellation for Work Pass Holders
Employee record keeping: Maintain accurate employee records, including personal and employment information, benefits enrolment, and performance evaluations
Benefits administration: Assist with benefits administration, including responding to employee inquiries etc.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with the employment acts and regulations by maintaining up to date knowledge of changes in regulations and monitoring company policies and practices
Employee Relations: Respond to employee inquiries and concerns
Training and Development: Assist with registration and coordination between the employee and training providers etc.
HR Projects: Assist with various HR Projects, such as policy updates, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
