Forwarding the Government Mandated forms updating to HR Specialist.
Forwarding of BDO application forms of the newly hired.
Endorsement and discussion of contract and job description to the employees for signature.
Endorsement of ATD to the employees for signature.
Endorsement and Collection of PAF to the concerned department Head of the concerned probationary employees.
Issuance of memorandum for Tardiness and Codi Sanction(Notice to Explain and Notice of Disciplinary Action) of emloyees.
Timekeeping
