Assist in onboarding/off-boarding, eg. issuance and collect back of company items; office access, attendance tracking
Support in company insurances related administrative tasks.
General HR admin support, eg. purchase requisition issuance
Any other ad hoc duties
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
At least 1 year of related HR experiences.
Good sense of urgency and willingness to take ownership.
Observe confidentiality and PDPA.
Reliable, committed and matured, good team player.
Able to start work immediately is a plus.
