Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Psychology or BSBA Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
  • Has at least 6 months to 1 year general HR experience
  • Possesses good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Able to work with minimum supervision
  • Has good decision-making skills, organized, and computer savvy
Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • In-charge of sourcing, recruitment, and on-boarding procedures
  • Process government contributions and benefits of employees
  • In-charge of timekeeping for payroll
  • organize company events and activities (training, outings, parties, etc)
  • disseminate memos, disciplinary actions, and other pertinent documents
  • Other admin and clerical work
Job Type: Full-timePay: From Php12,000.00 per monthBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:
