Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Assists in the selection of applicants, onboarding process of new hires, and administration of performance appraisal.- Maintains employees 201 files.- Serves as a point of person for all new employee questions.- Performs administrative duties and recordkeeping.ATTRIBUTES- Effective oral and written communication skills- Excellent attention to detail- Knowledge on the administration and interpretation of Psychological exams- Good working knowledge of MS Office skills- Exceptional interpersonal skillsREQUIREMENTS- With 4-year Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology or its equivalent
- Experience in recruitment, selection and hiring process is an advantageJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:
