What can you do for us!
  • Point of contact for all HR general queries from employee within Asia region
  • Initiate and implement HR initiatives, projects, and annual activities (such as launch of new programs) Employee Experience and engagement
  • Continual improvement of a seamless employee experience
  • Oversee monthly payroll process and ensure compliance and timely submission of monthly CPF and Tax filings for both local and foreign employees.
  • Responsible for maintaining and enhancing HRIS system
  • Planning, developing, implementation and maintaining policies, process, and procedures within Asia
  • Preparing email announcement for employee benefits related program
  • Creating and reviewing SOP and workflow
  • Streamline processes and enhance efficiency
  • Continuously review HR policies, procedures, and company handbook to be in line with the APAC labour legislations and future business needs, maintain pay and benefit structure to remain competitive in work productivity and process efficiency.
  • Any other HR/Admin works assigned by the management.
Who we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for!
  • Preferred min 6-8 years of full spectrum of HR experience with payroll experience (Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Learning & Capabilities and HR Operations)
  • Able to attend some weekly US meetings, or as and when needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of ethics and professionalism at all times
  • Strong verbal and written communication skill
  • Hardworking and capable of working independently
  • Proficient with standard business tools (MS Office 365 especially outlook, excel and PowerPoint)
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Constant learning, dynamic, hands-on and Can-Do attitudes are highly preferred
