Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing for candidates, interview, salary proposal, contract signing, acceptance and onboarding.
  • Work with line departments to determine their manpower needs. Design and implement recruitment strategies and expand channels to recruit manpower on time.
  • Oversee HR administration such as data entry, filing, employment contract, exit management and work pass administration.
  • Support implementation of HR policies and other HR activities such as performance management, staff development, payroll, engagement initiatives, welfare events, etc.
  • Take part in migration process from current to new HR system.
  • Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
  • Possess a Degree preferably in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in healthcare will be advantageous.
  • Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
  • Meticulous, responsible, problem solver, analytical and Team Player
