Responsible of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing for candidates, interview, salary proposal, contract signing, acceptance and onboarding.
Work with line departments to determine their manpower needs. Design and implement recruitment strategies and expand channels to recruit manpower on time.
Oversee HR administration such as data entry, filing, employment contract, exit management and work pass administration.
Support implementation of HR policies and other HR activities such as performance management, staff development, payroll, engagement initiatives, welfare events, etc.
Take part in migration process from current to new HR system.
Participate in HR projects and provide any other HR support as and when assigned.
Job Requirements:
Possess a Degree preferably in Human Resource Management.
At least 4 years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in healthcare will be advantageous.
Familiar with Employment Act and MOM regulations.
