Responsibilities:
- Support the HR general manager in regional alignment of HR policies and procedures.
- Plann and execution of HR strategy align with business plan.
- Execute talent management.
- Support of HR Policy development and improvement in ASEAN and India subsidiaries.
- Develop and maintenance company rules and regulations.
- Budget control
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience of HR business planning as managerial role.
- Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations
- Able to multi-task and work fast under pressure
- Able to travel for work purposes
