Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition, and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
Establishes and leads the recruiting and selection process which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, etc
Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel and conducts new employee onboarding and exit interviews
Maintains personnel records and prepares reports as required
Maintains company staff directory and organizational charts
Develops and updates HR budgets
Monitors and tracks the leave for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
5 years of HR experience
Experience preferred in the education field
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Possess critical thinking abilities
Resourceful with proven problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels
Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements, and other local statutory requirements
