Job Description


  • Responsible for the full spectrum of HR management which includes employee life cycle management, talent acquisition, and retention, compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Establishes and leads the recruiting and selection process which includes sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, etc
  • Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel and conducts new employee onboarding and exit interviews
  • Maintains personnel records and prepares reports as required
  • Maintains company staff directory and organizational charts
  • Develops and updates HR budgets
  • Monitors and tracks the leave for financial reporting and regulatory compliance
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Job Requirement
  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in human resources or related discipline
  • 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience preferred in the education field
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess critical thinking abilities
  • Resourceful with proven problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage people at all levels
  • Possess sound working knowledge of MOM legislation, CPF & IRAS statutory requirements, and other local statutory requirements
