Job Summary:

• Salary range: up to S$5000 (dep on exp) + AWS
• 5 days, 8:30am- 5:30pm
• Working Location: Tampines

Job Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the smooth operation of a HR dept in a company level. Assisting the HR Manager in managing and implementing the full spectrum of the HR initiatives (except payroll management) at the company level.
• A generalist with good understanding of HR practices and operations, including knowledge of employee relations and compensation & benefits, and be familiar with local labour law and related statutory regulations.
• Assisting the HR AVP in managing all corporate level HR responsibilities like RBA/ Safety / ISO management systems Liaise with HQ & BG coordinators to accomplish all corporate level reports and assignments
• Responsible for reviewing and implementing the HR Policies, talent acquisition strategy and the safe management measures, the corporate level.
• Assist HR Manager to lead a team size of 4 team members.
