Responsibilities:

• Support the HR general manager in regional alignment of HR policies and procedures.
• Planning and execution of HR strategy align with business plan.
• Execute talent management.
• Skill map
• Gap Analysis and action plan
• Succession Planning
• Support of HR Policy development and improvement in ASEAN and India subsidiaries.
• Develop and maintenance company rules and regulations.
• Budget control

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of relevant experience of HR business planning as managerial role.
• Experience in the manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Willing to travel
